We supply our global customers with innovative and high quality products, focusing on the areas of drug analysis and clinical diagnostics. Our portfolio includes rapid tests and laboratory tests (Toxicology EIA, medical PCR) for reliable diagnosis across the areas of infectious diseases, bacteriology, paediatrics, gynaecology, urology, cardiology and toxicology. Furthermore, we are at the forefront of innovative point of care test (POCT) devices and reader systems and are thus in the position to offer equipment to not only criminal justice services, rehabilitation service, GPs and hospitals but also to laboratories and research centres. We also offer our customers laboratory diagnostic services through our partner laboratories.

Currently nal von minden GmbH employs about 250 people at 8 different locations across Europe. For more than 40 years dealers, doctors, clinics, laboratories and authorities have been among our partners and customers.
 

We are currently looking for a confident and outgoing individual to join the UK and Ireland team, at our UK site in Ticehurst, East Sussex.

Responsibilities:

You will support the UK and Ireland sales team. You will perform day to day administrative activities and be an initial point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and email, processing and tracking orders, updating the customer database and offering general support to the Director and sales team.

Our requirements:
 

We are looking for a personable individual with excellent communication skills

  • Previous experience in administration
  • Attention to detail
  • English at a native level is imperative
  • Excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to work
  • Strong work ethic and high degree of reliability, discretion and loyalty
  • Good computer skills are essential with competence in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), previous experience with CRM advantageous
  • Driving licence (due to rural location of the office)
